Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your items. Since we are donating some of the proceeds, we will only be able to refund a part of your purchase price. More information below.

Overview

If you are not satisfied with our items, please send us a message using the form below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must be accompanied by a printed copy of your order confirmation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue your refund.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item because of an imperfection or error on our part, please keep the original item and we will send you another at our cost. If you buy the wrong size, please find someone that size and gift the item. Then come back to purchase a new item and we will offer you a 20 percent off discount code.

Returns

If you insist on returning your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. As some proceeds are being donated, we will only refund 80 percent of the cost of your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
